Hi! I’m Marnie.

I teach stressed-out adults (and the children who love them) how to focus and feel better with yoga, mindfulness, aromatherapy, and energy work.


Are you stressed? Quick to anger? Easily frustrated? Having a hard time focusing or sitting still? Are your kids anxious, distracted, or overstimulated? Our work together begins with a discovery call to discuss your needs. I’ll recommend techniques, practices, and essential oils to help you meet your wellness goals and we will set up our in-person or virtual sessions from there.
