Let it be….
Happy April, friends...
The first thing that came to mind when I read this zen saying is something I learned in the rooms of recovery. We talk about how sometimes the hardest thing for some of us to do is… well, nothing. Like, don’t get involved, don’t insert your views, don’t take control of the situation, don’t send that email telling someone off… you get the picture. Sometimes, what we really need to do is just let things BE. That’s different than letting things go. When we let things just be as they are we can detach and be okay as WE are.
