What if we gave ourselves the whole month?

Hello friends,

It’s 2023! January. A whole new year… is that exciting or daunting for you? For me, it’s both.

I usually spend the first week of January in hyper-focus mode. I’ve gotta clean all the closets, organize the house, get the kids ready for a new semester, sign up for no less than 3 challenges and create the vision board of my dreams in 7 days or less. WTF?

I read a meme this morning that said something like, “Every dead body on Mt. Everest was once a highly motivated person, so maybe calm down.”

Point taken.

So here’s a thought… what if we give ourselves the WHOLE month to reset and create a vision for the year… better yet, what If we just reset for this winter season? And then do it again come spring?

The tightness in my chest suddenly went away. Whew. Here’s what’s going on in my world this winter season. Hope to see you in it somewhere along the way.
