Reduce stress with this gentle yoga series perfect for beginners and pregnant mothers.

Each session includes:

-breathing exercise to reduce stress

-gentle stretches to support your body

-strengthening poses to ensure stamina

-balancing poses to ground and calm your mind, body, and spirit

-mindfulness practices to keep you in the present moment

-meditations to bring you peace

-aromatherapy to nourish the senses

Baby and Me Yoga 6 week series (ages 8 weeks to pre-crawling): In Person or Virtual

Begins September 2nd at 10:30am

This 6-week series is a great way to ease back into exercise while enjoying bonding time with your baby.

Classes include infant massage, holds, stretching, singing, chanting, & relaxation. Interaction between mom & baby helps promote healthy development, mindful parenting, & a stronger connection. You'll leave feeling confident, connected, & calm.

AGE: 8 weeks and up (pre-crawlers only)

PreNatal Yoga and Mindfulness Classes

“I took my first class with Marnie about a week ago. This is my second pregnancy and I’m about 20 weeks along. The yoga was modified appropriately for pregnancy.
