Recovery Yoga

Is Recovery Yoga for you? Are you struggling with grief, anxiety or depression? Are you healing from trauma or looking to overcome a substance abuse issue? This trauma-sensitive series is designed to help support your mental health and give you the space you need to heal your mind through the body.

  • Connect the Mind and Body

    Learn to be present, unlock mental and emotional blocks, shift your energy, and renew your spirit.

  • Regulate your Nervous System

    Explore mindfulness practices, somatic holds, asana, meditation, and energy techniques to restore your spirit and regulate your nervous system.

  • Ease Physical and Emotional Pain

    Soothe the body and mind with pranayama (breathwork), postures (asana), meditation, and aromatherapy.
